Rates and Terms

Rates and Terms:
- Rates will be determined when we have more details regarding your project (Fees are charged in fifteen minute increments. You will only be charged for "time on task".)
- Reimbursement will be charged for out of pocket expenses. No additional charges over $50.00 will be incurred without clients prior approval. Expenses include but are not limited to the following:
- Postage
- Delivery/shipping fees (FedEx, UPS, etc...)
- Copying
- Printing
- Project-related long distance telephone calls
- Other authorized expenses (Office supplies and anything purchased solely for Client)
- Some projects may be charged a flat rate depending on the project required.
- Newletters require a one-time set up fee of $25.00 for up to 4 pages. More than 4 pages will be a $35.00 one-time set up fee.
- There is no monthly minimum.
- There is no fee for consultation time.
- Depending on the size of the project, a 20% deposit may be required.
Monthly Retainer Packages
- 5 - 20 hours per month will be billed at a 10% discount.
- 21 plus hours per month will be billed at a 15% discount.
- Retainer packages will be billed on the 1st of each month and due by the 10th. Hours not used during the month will not be rolled over to the following month. Additional hours will be billed at a reduced rate which will be discussed prior to work beginning.
Local Clients (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake)
- All services come with free drop-off & pick-up of projects/materials at your location.

Invoices will be sent electronically and will be due upon receipt unless other arrangements are agreed on prior to beginning your project. Invoices more than 5 days late will be subject to a 5% late fee and work stoppage. Payments can be made by check, cashier's check, money order, or through Paypal.
